The cost for custom homes varies. It will depend on the size of the home or renovation you intend on building and the kind materials you would choose. You can either choose a standard plan or a bespoke custom home design. The build costs are inherently more expensive for bespoke homes.
How long does it take for planning & design?
We generally ask to allow between 4-6 weeks for design and drafting. This will allow enough time for both parties to meet, discuss, prepare concept drawings and then preliminary drawings.
What information do I need to provide to receive an accurate quote?
In order for us to provide you with an accurate quote for your new project, it is best to offer as much detail as possible right from the beginning. If you have been working with an Architect or Draftsperson, we will require a full set of working drawings, engineering and specifications.
